You were contacted by Acuity last year to take part in the annual satisfaction survey. We are writing to you now as you indicated that would be happy for us to contact you to discuss your survey results.
To help us to improve our services, we are running a Focus Group, to look deeper into the results to gain more valuable tenant insight into your experience using our services.
To ensure impartiality, TPAS: Tenant Engagement Experts, will be hosting the sessions which will be held in our main offices, with refreshments and incentives provided to all attending.
The room is accessible, and further reasonable adjustments can be made with prior notice.
