The Tenants' Voice Special Project Group will be meeting to start a review of a new area of the service, which will be selected by the tenants.

Hybrid meeting. Content includes: reviewing housing performance statistics and recent redacted Stage Two complaints.

In-person drop-in event where tenants and leaseholders can discuss housing matters with Housing Officers, Surveyors or the complaints team.

Annual physical publication to Tenants, providing information on performance, spending, satisfaction and other elements of Housing service delivery.

Hybrid meeting. Tenant group formed to scrutinise and influence the repairs and procurement service and processes. 

Surveys to be completed in response logged complaints, anti-social behaviour cases and housing lets.
