Physical and digital publication for tenants and leaseholders, containing topical and current housing related information.

Hybrid Meeting. Content includes: Lifts and lifting, review group objectives, asset management plan, TV SPG project review (Aids and Adaptations)

Online: Housing Hub. Tenants have the opportunity to provide thoughts and priorities feedback, to inform a community event. 

In-person drop-in event where tenants and leaseholders can discuss housing matter with Housing Officers, Surveyors or the complaints team. We are also collecting tenant feedback to shape the draft Resident Engagement Strategy. 

The Resident Involvement team will be attending the Exeter Respect Festival, to represent Housing and gather tenant priorities to be explored for future Tenants' Voice topics.

Hybrid Meeting. Content includes: Review of Housing key performance indicators, recent Stage Two complaints and learning from complaints.

Surveys to be completed in response logged complaints, anti-social behaviour cases and housing lets.
