Tenants' Voice are completing a review of communication in Housing. The group chose this subject as it was highlighted in a recent TSM Focus Group, it is a recurring theme in complaints, and it has been highly discussed in the ‘involved tenant’ meetings.
A survey is being issued to tenants and officers of Housing to gather a range of feedback, which will be used to identify service improvements and create recommendations for the service.
The group will create a report to share with Housing, so you can see the investigation details, findings, and their recommendations.
